Violence & Victimization
Family Services’ top-notch Violence Response staff is committed to increasing the awareness of the issues of domestic violence and rape/sexual assault. The main objectives of our training and presentations are to increase knowledge, explore personal opinions and attitudes, foster a caring response to victims, and to help create a community that has no tolerance for these social problems.

A Note on Professional Training & Education
In addition to the programs described above, educational training can be tailored to the specific needs of various professional audiences interested in advanced content, collaborative networking, information related to client/patient intervention, etc. The agency’s staff has extensive training experience in a variety of professions including law enforcement, health care, attorneys, educators, etc. For professional trainings, Family Services may request some modest financial compensation to help offset the cost of professional training.
