We are here for you.

You think you're pregnant, and you don't know which way to turn. We can help with the decisions that lie ahead. Family Services is here for you, your partner, and your families.

Some of the questions you may be facing:

I want to be a mother one day, but am I ready now?

We have professional counselors offering:

Information about your options
Referrals for financial assistance and prenatal care
Assistance with maternity home care
Counseling for you and your family

All services are confidential. If you cannot get to our office, we are able to meet you at your home or other location. Our pregnancy counseling services are funded through third parties and there is no out-of-pocket expense for you.

Adoption - the choices are yours

When you call us, you will talk with a caring and supportive counselor who will provide you with all the information you need to make the best choice for you and your baby.

Choose the adoptive family for your baby. You'll read about families and see their photo album.
You'll know that all of our waiting families have been screened and approved according to agency and North Carolina standards.
You can choose to meet and get to know the adoptive aprents before you deliver.
Your baby canbe placed with the adoptive family directly frmo the hospital.
You choose how much openess or contact you want with the adoptive family and your child in the future - sharing letters and pictures, e-mails, or visiting with the family.
Attend the Birth Mother Support Group and talk with other girls and women who have chosen adoption. Share the tough times, as well as the joys ofyour adoption decision.
